OpenDNS -
http://www.opendns.com (this will work for any OS, Win, Mac etc) . Don't worry it's very safe, just read the site for further info.
Change your DNS settings to OpenDNS
Preferred DNS server address for Open DNS is:

For Mac Users
open system pref > network > airport > advanced > dns
under dns: type 208.67.222.222 and underneath that 208.67.220.220 > apply > close sys pref.
For Windows XP

Also, that DNS will block porn/nudity. Got this from a friend if you need to need to view nudity, haha, lol, let's say for art's sake. Use the following public DNS
4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2 Verizon public DNS
